Transmission of personal data upon purchase

Transmitting of data when using the proDialoX services
proDialoX is committed to not use the data collected during the TRiNGiNE-Tests or the information provided by the account holder or to make them available to third parties unless expressly agreed with the account holder. Except, there is a legal obligation for proDialoX to provide such data to third parties, especially government agencies, for example in the case of inquiry procedures. Separate agreements apply to the transfer of existing test results from Belbins Interplace to TRiNGiNE which are explained in more detail below.
Transfer of data from Interplace to TRiNGiNE
Privacy protection of the Interplace system lies with the operator of Interplace (Belbin, www.belbin.com). Before data can be transferred to TRiNGiNE electronically, the account holder must explicitly give their consent for this in their interplace-account. As soon as this data is transferred, it falls under the TRiNGiNE data protection regulations as described in this document. If the results of a Belbin test are entered manually, the responsibility for correctness and content lies with the account holder. After the manual input, they also fall under the TRiNGiNE privacy regulations.
Data processing on this website
We automatically collect and save information in log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. These data elements are browser type / browser version, operating system used, referrer URL and time of the server request. This data cannot be assigned to specific people. This data is not merged with other data sources.
